Sam Tabar started his career as an Associated serving at Skadden, Arps, Slater, Meagher & Flom LLP. Mr. Sam primary responsibility was to serve clients in areas including the formation, and structuring of hedge fund, regulatory and compliance issues, private placement memoranda, side letters, employment issues.
He has not only served at Skadden, but he has also worked with other organizations including SPARX Co./PMA Investment Advisor back in 2004. Mr. Tabar is a go-getter who does not rest until he accomplishes his goals in life.
His determination and hard work gave him an opportunity to rise in his career leader, and within a short period, he was serving as the Managing Director and Co-head of Business Development.
Sam Tabar has also served at Bank of America Merrill Lynch working as the Director and the Head of Capital plan for Asia-Pacific region. Sam is a lawyer by professional, and he decided to go back to his career in 2013 working with Schulte& Roth & Zabel LLP.
Sam was responsible for the organization’s hedge fund, fund formation, and structure, as well as regulatory and compliance issues and he was given the responsibility of a Senior Associate.
Later he joined Full Cycle Energy Fund in 2014. Sam was glad to be elected as the Chief Operating Officer of the firm. In a statement after his appointment, Sam said that he was looking forward to working hand in hand with their clients and other associates to reduce the cost of fuel as they create environment-friendly fuel.
Tabar can well be described as an experienced financier and a lawyer; he is not a graduate of Columbia Law School, but after his High School graduation he joined Oxford University for his Bachelors of Arts Degree where he graduated with honors.
